REFUND POLICY

RASH NARAYAN COLLEGE, PANDAUL has a clear and transparent policy regarding the refund and cancellation of fees. All financial transactions are subject to the regulations of our affiliating university Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga and the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Application and Registration Fees

All fees paid for online applications or registration for admission are for application processing purposes only. These fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, regardless of the outcome of the admission application.

Admission and Tuition Fees

Fees once paid, including admission fees and tuition fees, are non-refundable after the commencement of the academic session or the last date of admission, whichever is applicable.

In case a student wishes to cancel admission or withdraw from the college, any refund of tuition fees will be processed strictly according to the refund guidelines of Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga and the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Students must submit a formal written application for admission cancellation to the college Principal’s office.

Payment Gateway Charges

Any processing fees or convenience charges charged by the payment gateway during online transactions are not collected by RASH NARAYAN COLLEGE, PANDAUL and therefore are not refundable by the college.
